Heliande

Héliande / Port-de-Lanne / Adour Kiwi – Label Rouge
Over 40 years ago, growers in the Adour region were the first to introduce kiwi cultivation in France. Here, the proximity and flow of the watercourses, and their moderating effect on the climate, give the area its mild climate and the fruit its distinctive flavour.
In the heart of the Gaves and Adour valleys, Héliande kiwis benefit from an exceptional location. Two factors contribute to the trees’ flourishing: the natural richness of the soil and the specific temperate conditions.
Héliande is a dispatch centre based in the heart of the Landes region, which distributes hand-picked fruit from nearly 350 local growers. The kiwi also carries the Label Rouge certification, a guarantee of unrivalled flavour.
Bluewhale

Bluewhale (Blue Whale) / Montauban / Apple, Pear, Plum, Kiwi, Grape
Blue Whale traces its origins back to 1950, when a handful of fruit growers settled in the Garonne valley. Convinced that unity is strength, they decided to pool their production and marketing resources. Their primary aim was to raise awareness of their fruit and ensure it was appreciated worldwide. Bluewhale comprises nearly 300 growers, spread across 7,150 hectares of orchards, producing five different types of fruit (apple, pear, plum, kiwi and grapes). Every year, the company distributes nearly 275,000 tonnes of fruit to 74 countries, including brands that everyone has come across at least once in their fruit basket: Pink Lady, Ariane, Kissabel, Metis, Angys…
